Great staff
The staff were excellent very polite and couldn't do enough for you. The buffet at night was very good value .. .
They dont have security boxes in every room. The room was supposed to have a garden veiw but it was a veiw of a steel fence.

overall, the hotel is value for money. spacious, clean room which makes your stay feel more at home. the hotel staff are
the hotel is near Robinsons mall and very accessible to the highways and public transpo. I appreciate that they allowed me to check-in early since my flight arrival is scheduled early in the morning. they also provide complimentary service for guests to pick you up or bring to the airport.

It was dirty. We changed room because in the first one the toilet was making weird noise every 5 minutes and there were

It was dirty. We changed room because in the first one the toilet was making weird noise every 5 minutes and there were ants all over the bathtub. In the second room we found women hair in the walls of the bathtub, sheets were dirty (with hair on it and yellow spots) and we found a WORM in the bed, where we were supposed to sleep, stomach level. They never cleaned the bathroom since we were there (6 days).
